Custom Wheel Order — No Return, No Cancellation & No Dispute Policy
Please read this disclaimer carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated below.

Non-Cancellable Orders
All custom wheel orders placed through Eurobahn Dynamics are final at the time of purchase. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, production begins promptly. Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our custom forged wheels, no cancellations will be accepted at any stage, including but not limited to:

After order confirmation
While the order is in queue for production
During active manufacturing and machining
During finishing, coating, or quality inspection
After production has been completed and the order is awaiting shipment

We strongly encourage all customers to verify their vehicle specifications, sizing requirements, bolt patterns, offsets, and finish selections prior to submitting their order.

No Returns or Exchanges
Custom forged wheels are manufactured specifically to your provided specifications and are not stocked inventory items. As such, Eurobahn Dynamics does not accept returns or exchanges on any custom wheel order, regardless of circumstance, once production has commenced. This policy applies to all wheel models, sizes, finishes, and configurations offered through our store.
Returned shipments that are refused or sent back without prior written authorization will not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to additional handling fees.

No Disputes, Chargebacks, or Payment Reversals
By placing a custom wheel order with Eurobahn Dynamics, you expressly agree not to open, file, or initiate any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor once your order has entered production or has been completed. This includes disputes filed through PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, or any other payment platform.
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or dispute in violation of this policy will be considered a breach of your purchase agreement. Eurobahn Dynamics reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds through all available legal and collections channels, including submission of full order documentation, communications, and proof of production to the relevant payment institution.

Customer Responsibility
It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure that all order details submitted are accurate and complete, including:

Wheel diameter, width, and quantity
Bolt pattern and center bore
Offset (ET) specifications
Finish and color selection
Shipping address and contact information

Eurobahn Dynamics will not be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Any modifications requested after order confirmation are subject to feasibility review and may not be accommodated once production has begun.

Warranty Exceptions
This no-return, no-cancellation policy does not affect your rights under Eurobahn Dynamics' limited structural warranty. Wheels found to have verified manufacturer defects will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and addressed in accordance with our separate warranty policy. Cosmetic variations inherent to the hand-finished nature of custom forged wheels do not constitute a defect.

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that:

You have read and fully understood this disclaimer.
You accept that your custom wheel order is non-cancellable and non-returnable.
You agree not to initiate any dispute or chargeback once your order is in production or completed.
All order specifications submitted are accurate and are your sole responsibility.

Eurobahn Dynamics reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WHEELS ARE MADE TO ORDER PLEASE ALLOW 5-8 WEEK LEAD TIME TO MAKE THE WHEELS. DELIVERY IS TYPICALLY UP TO 7-14 DAYS. 

ALL CUSTOMS WHEELS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AS THEY ARE MADE TO ORDER AND TO YOUR SPEC.
